Removing Assessment Software

SELECT YOUR LAPTOP OPERATING SYSTEM FROM THE LIST BELOW AND CLICK THE LINK FOR YOUR INSTRUCTIONS.

Follow ONLY the instructions for your specific type of device.

Chromebook

STEP 1: Open Chrome

STEP 2: Click 3 dots in the top right and select "Extensions" -> "Manage Extensions"

STEP 3: Find the Vretta Assessment Lock extension and click "Remove"

STEP 1: Make sure the application is not running. If it is, quit

STEP 2: Open Finder and click "Applications"

STEP 3: Find "Safe Exam Browser"

STEP 4: Right-click the app icon and select "Move to Bin" (or drag it directly to the bin)

STEP 1: In the search bar, type "installed apps"

STEP 2: Locate "Safe Exam Browser"

STEP 3: Click the 3 dots on the right and select, "Uninstall"
